Deepen into Autumn: A Vin-Yin Series

Join Erica for a series that combines the movement of vinyasa with the stabilizing energy of yin. Through this practice, we’ll welcome the changing of the seasons as we transition from the heat of summer into the cooler days of autumn.

Expect to begin with an active yoga flow appropriate for all levels of experiences. We’ll transition into a yin practice to shift our focus inward and build awareness of sensations that arise, staying with what might challenge us.

Scheduled at the beginning of each week, this class gives us a chance to take that busy Monday energy and channel it into a supportive intention for the week.

$25 per class via cash, venmo @maya-rook, or card if you pay online.

Space is limited. Please register in advance here.

Dates:

Monday, September 9th
Monday, September 16th
Monday, September 23rd
Monday, September 30th
Monday, October 7th
Monday, October 14th

In honor of Indigenous People’s Day, proceeds from the final class will be donated to the Wabanaki Alliance.
