In a world of doing…it’s important to take a moment to breathe and BE!!

Join Marie Shaw to explore how working with yoga asana, pranayama and meditation will help you to be in the moment and become more centered and focused. In this monthly series, we will work with the physical practice of yoga and breath to prepare the body and mind for meditation. Our classes will start with intention and close with journaling to become aware of the fullness of the yoga practice. Come explore the many ways we can move through these practices and find what feels best for you.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal.

Meet Your Teacher:

Marie Shaw, a 500hr Certified Yoga Teacher, Reiki practitioner and has been teaching yoga for 10+ years. Her 20+ year personal practice has been an amazing journey of self discovery and an awakening to a deeper understanding of her dharma. She finds that yoga and meditation help her see the importance of self care and her desire is to share these deep meaningful practices with all who are interested. Awakening to the Creative Mind Method of Jungian Life Coaching has provided a deeper transformation and desire to help others create a more peaceful life.

As a lifelong learner, Marie, continually seeks out education opportunities. She holds certifications in Jungian Life Coach, Yin Yoga, 200hr Vinyasa, 200hr Fluid Yoga, as well as 300hr Kripalu Yoga and Reiki Master. Additional trainings include meditation, Ayurveda, yoga philosophy and dharma discernment. She is continually seeking to understand yoga practices more fully.
