The shadow is oftentimes a very misunderstood and neglected part of the self. It can be scary, but when embraced it offers a great source of self empowerment and can initiate tremendous spiritual growth. On this dark moon in Scorpio, through a Jungian lens, we'll uncover the secrets of the shadow self; the self in which we hide both our deepest fears and greatest desires. 

This hybrid class will begin with a lecture, during which we'll learn about the parts of the psyche, the function of the shadow, and the why and how of shadow work. Then we'll do a meditation to tune into and open access to our shadows, followed by discussion and final thoughts.
